Adrian Moloney promoted to Group Lending Distribution Director to lead OSB Group’s digital and AI strategy for intermediaries

OSB Group, the UK’s leading specialist lender, has announced the promotion of Adrian Moloney to Group Lending Distribution Director. The promotion is part of the Group’s AI focus and digital-first strategy to deliver simpler, smarter and quicker interactions for mortgage intermediaries across the UK.

In his expanded role, Adrian will be responsible for shaping and delivering OSB Group’s lending distribution strategy across its 3 specialist lending brands; Precise, Rely and InterBay. This includes a strong focus on digital innovation, AI-enabled experience, and frictionless intermediary journeys to further support brokers during their interactions.

Adrian's promotion reflects OSB Group’s continued investment in technology and data to better support brokers navigating an increasingly complex lending environment, while maintaining the human expertise that is a vital part of the mix and underpins specialist lending.
