Hope Capital Property Finance launches Dual+

Specialist lender, Hope Capital Property Finance, has today announced the launch of Dual+, a new residential bridging product designed to support deals with urgent completion deadlines.

Dual+ is available at 75% LTV at 0.79%, and is aimed at borrowers requiring fast, reliable funding for residential purchases, refinances, capital raises and cosmetic light works.

To support the launch, Hope Capital Property Finance has introduced a dedicated packaging team, enabling the lender to confidently meet tight deadlines with the support of an experienced team of Sales Specialists. From initial enquiry through to approval, Dual+ is designed to give brokers greater certainty of completion by key elements of the underwriting process, including carrying out the valuation, taking place at enquiry stage.
