New role focuses on compliance for EuroDebt, Atlantic and MoneySave brands Leading debt solutions business, the Pentagon Group, has created a new role to provide its network of franchisees and introducers with greater support in dealing with the myriad of compliance issues in the financial services sector. Gerry Mansfield has been appointed as Compliance Manager, to provide a focus on compliance right across the Pentagon Group business encompassing the EuroDebt Financial Services, Atlantic Financial Management and MoneySave Financial Solutions brands. Gerry Mansfield has worked in the Financial Solutions, Legal, Debt Recovery and Credit Management industries for more than twenty years and has a wealth of experience of the operational processes as well as the latest regulation. His role will encompass Auditing of the Pentagon Group network of Franchisees and Introducers, Training on new compliance and regulatory issues and general day to day compliance control within the Group as a whole. “Gerry Mansfield has joined the Pentagon Group at a crucial stage in its expansion where we have set-up new subsidiaries and expanded the range of services we offer in a market that is subject to major regulatory change” confirmed Kevin Still, Director, Pentagon Group. “As a leading franchisor with over eighty franchisees each holding a consumer credit licence it important that we find the right balance between our commercial and compliance activities, especially as we deliver face-to-face debt advice, generally in the privacy of the client’s home. “Gerry brings considerable experience from the credit and finance sectors with companies subject to regulation by both the FSA and the OFT.
