This morning a press release was issued by LSL Property Services Plc confirming it had acquired The Mortgage Alliance from Santander Uk plc. LSL is one of the UK?s largest mortgage and insurance distributors who are a strong and well capitalised group of companies. This is an exciting time which will enhance TMA?s proposition as the leading Mortgage Club of choice for the DA market. I wanted to advise you personally of this news and that it is business as usual for TMA with mortgage procuration fees continuing to be paid directly by lenders. Therefore, as ever you?re hard earned proc fees are completely safe by using TMA. In addition TMA will continue to promote a wide range of ancillary earning opportunities paying competitive commissions.
